Shipping Information
Some companies have free shipping, but raise the prices on their fish. Others have low prices on fish, but make it up on shipping charges. At fish.com, we’re proud to say that we beat competitors’ prices on both live stock and shipping rates.
Once you’ve placed your live order, all items will be packaged with care for overnight delivery to your door. Live purchases are individually bagged with oxygen, and those bags are securely packed into an insulated cooler. Heating or cooling packs are added when needed to ensure comfy travel, whether to the coldest location in winter or the hottest location in summer. Cartons are clearly marked with special handling requirements, so delivery personnel can use extra care. Our Delivered Alive & Continue to Thrive Guarantee was created so customers can order with confidence.
Because you want your package to be Delivered Alive, please schedule its arrival when you will be able to receive it immediately upon delivery. Use the table below to plan the delivery date. Special delivery instructions will be detailed on the order form. Please note that live fish cannot be returned. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
When in stock, most fish ship within 1-2 busniess days. If for any reason your full order can not be shipped according to our posted delivery schedule, you will be contacted by one of our representatives.

With our shipping rates, what you see is what you get! There are no extra packing charges, box charges, heat/cool pack fees, preparation fees or fuel surcharges. The shipping rate is for the contiguous 48 states only.
