If you are not completely satisfied with an item you purchased, and the item is in the same condition and original packaging in which you received it, lets us know and you may return it within 365 days of receipt for a full refund - no questions asked! Simply call us at 1.888.347.4114 to obtain a Return Authorization Request Number and shipping instructions.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc.). For your protection, we encourage you to send your return via UPS or FedEx. Please retain all copies of your shipping receipt including tracking numbers for proof of return delivery. We cannot be held responsible for lost return packages. Return packages must be prepaid; we cannot accept COD. Even exchanges are sent back to you at no additional charge. Please be aware that you will see a credit to your original pay method & then a charge for the new order. If you request a refund, your original credit card will be credited within 48 hours of processing your return. If you paid by a check, a refund check will be issued and mailed to the billing address on the account. Please note on the packing slip why you decided to return our product so that we can improve our service.
Order is Damaged, Defective or the Wrong Item Was Shipped:
Please report items that are damaged or missing within 3 days of delivery at 1.888.347.4114 or email us at customerservice@fish.com so we can instruct you on the proper handling of the merchandise. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt to obtain a full refund or replacement. A replacement item will be shipped to you once the item being returned has been received.
