The 3 Stripe Damsel, also known as the Whitetail Humbug, is a native of Fiji. It is a vibrant fish with contrasting bright white stripes against its black. The Three Stripe is one of the hardiest of all Damselfish making it a great choice for beginners. Its ability to tolerate various water parameters makes it useful for cycling new saltwater or reef aquariums. As with other damselfish, the Three Stripe can become territorial as it ages and should only be kept with larger tank mates. They accept most small meaty frozen and dry food.
