Assorted mushrooms are the perfect colorful coral choice for the beginner Reef Aquarist. They are hardy and make a terrific learning tool for establishing and maintaining optimal water conditions. They should always be the first coral for a new hobbyist to try. The mushrooms will multiply and spread if water conditions are optimal. They're a great value for the dollar. As a beginner, if your mushrooms do well, then it is safe to move onto other more challenging corals.
