The Scooter Blenny from the Indo-Pacific is more accurately classified as a Dragonet. Its behavior and habits are very similar in characteristic to the Spotted and Mandarin Dragonet. The Scooter feeds upon copepods and small crustaceans therefore should only be introduced to a well established reef tank with lots of live rock and an abundant supply of pods for the fish to hunt. It is possible, but extremely Challenging, to get these fish to accept prepared foods. Finely chopped meats and vitamin-enriched brine shrimp may substitute if the fish will accept them. .
